How do I book a safari or tour with WAKALI SAFARIS?
You can book directly through our website, send us an email, or contact us via WhatsApp. Once we confirm your itinerary, a deposit is required to secure your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment options. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on how early you cancel:
More than 30 days before travel: partial refund (excluding deposit)
15–30 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before travel: no refund
Some services (like flights or special permits) may be non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
When is the best time to visit Tanzania?
Tanzania is a year-round destination. For wildlife safaris, the dry season (June to October) is ideal, while beach holidays in Zanzibar are great almost all year. The Great Migration is best seen between June and September.
